Executive Assistant to the CEO – Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in overseeing daily operations, managing strategic initiatives, and coordinating administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and organizing appointments.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, such as emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and manage a secure filing system for confidential business documents.
- Oversee key projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure task completion.
- Track and report on business objectives as directed by the CEO.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record management.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring all logistics are in place.
