Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries or forward them to appropriate departments for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
- Record, track, and manage customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up for resolution
- Update customer information in the CRM database or manifest system
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline customer service workflows
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying service issues and suggesting solutions
