Key Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Handle reservations on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
- Guest Communication: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage guest satisfaction from booking to checkout.
- Calendar Management: Update property availability, pricing, and schedules.
- PMS Utilization: Use tools like Guesty or Hostaway to automate processes.
- Listing Optimization: Maintain and update property listings, descriptions, and photos.
- Guest Experience: Manage reviews, ensure smooth check-ins/outs, and coordinate special requests.
- Reporting: Maintain documentation on bookings, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedules, and other organizational tasks.
- Problem Solving: Address booking issues, cancellations, and disputes promptly.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience: 1-3 years managing short-term rentals or similar roles.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PMS tools (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway), Google Suite, and project management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- Work Environment: Reliable internet and dedicated home office setup.

Schedule & Compensation
- Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour
