Job Overview
Aneket Innovators is seeking a highly skilled UI/UX & Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using modern tools and methodologies, ensuring visual consistency and responsiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, create branding materials, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Intuitive User Interfaces
- Create user-centric, responsive interfaces using Figma, ensuring designs align with project objectives.
- Prioritize usability and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
2. Generate Production-Ready Designs
- Utilize Anima to produce production-ready components for seamless frontend integration.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency between design concepts and their implementation.
3. Develop Branding and Graphic Assets
- Design high-quality branding materials and graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Maintain consistency in visual style across diverse projects, including agriculture platforms, tipping apps, and mobile services.
4. Collaborate with Frontend Developers
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional applications.
- Promote clear communication and iterative feedback to align user interface designs with technical functionality.
5. Ensure Visual Consistency Across Projects
- Uphold cohesive design standards and branding guidelines across all ongoing projects.
- Deliver exceptional user experiences through consistent visual elements.
6. Stay Updated on Design Trends
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Innovate by incorporating new ideas to enhance user satisfaction and product quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level
- Senior-level position with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX and graphics design.
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven experience with Anima for preparing production-ready designs.
Design Expertise
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles to ensure cross-platform usability.
- Demonstrated skills in branding and motion graphics.
Familiarity with Industry Guidelines
- Knowledge of frameworks like Google Material Design and Microsoft Fluent UI to maintain modern design standards.
Additional Skills
- Experience integrating designs into web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools for presenting interactive mockups is a significant advantage.
