Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant at Next HR, you will:
- Email Marketing & Website Management:
- Oversee blog content and ensure timely updates to the company website.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our audience.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain organized records, and update company databases.
- Support retail communications by liaising with stakeholders and clients.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule and monitor posts on social media platforms to maintain consistent engagement.
- Assist in crafting compelling content tailored to the target audience.
- Content Creation & Research:
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Create engaging blog topics and marketing materials.
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or support platforms.
- Resolve issues, process requests, and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure satisfaction.
- Online Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and compile insights for presentations or business strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
