Job Overview
234Lofts Luxury Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage/Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant and floor operations. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring top-notch guest experiences, optimizing staff performance, and maintaining operational excellence in line with our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Supervise daily floor activities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements to maximize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
Guest Experience:
- Actively engage with guests during service hours, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Foster a welcoming and memorable dining environment by maintaining high service standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional performance and uphold professionalism.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mediate disputes among team members or with customers to sustain a harmonious and professional work environment.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and dining experiences.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: HND or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level.
- Experience Length: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Working Hours: Rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
