About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our client, an Interior Design firm located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative and organizational support to the CEO. This role involves managing the CEO’s daily agenda, handling business-related tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
As the Personal Assistant, you will:
- Manage the CEO’s Schedule: Plan, organize, and prioritize the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Provide Administrative Support: Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and retrieve corporate documents and records.
- Facilitate Meetings: Arrange, attend, and document meetings by taking accurate minutes and following up on action items.
- Coordinate Travel Plans: Organize travel and accommodation arrangements, and manage itineraries effectively.
- Enhance Communication: Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Problem-Solve: Address and resolve issues promptly with a proactive approach.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A first degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Required Skills
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relocation/Commute:
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Lagos before commencing work.
Compensation:
Competitive pay starting from ₦150,000 per month.
