- Manage and optimize our online booking platforms for seamless user experiences.
- Update flight schedules, hotel packages, and travel deals regularly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with vendors for swift resolutions.
- Analyze booking trends and provide performance reports to drive strategic decisions.
2. Digital Marketing
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Leverage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Develop engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
3. Social Media Management
- Create and manage engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally.
- Launch paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Web Development and Maintenance
- Keep the company website user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Enhance website functionality using PHP and other web development tools.
- Track website performance with tools like Google Analytics and address issues promptly.

- Provide exceptional support during the booking process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.

Qualifications
Education
- ND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- 2–3 years in online travel operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in PHP for web development.
- Experience with booking engine platforms and integrations.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and SEMrush.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
