You’ll take charge of our digital presence, driving growth, engagement, and awareness to attract students, customers, and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, visuals, and videos) that aligns with our brand’s voice and resonates with our audience.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and fostering meaningful engagement.
  • Community Growth: Design strategies to expand our online community, attract prospective students, and deepen engagement with current followers.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute impactful marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and support business growth.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain fresh, relevant, and effective.
  • Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and tags across all platforms to build strong relationships and foster a positive brand image.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and refine our approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) with proven engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in creating and editing content (text, images, videos) that reflects brand values.
  • Experience designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing software.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with clients and followers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Technical Requirements: You must own a laptop and have access to a comfortable, distraction-free workspace.
