Job Responsibilities
As an Accommodation Operations Assistant, you will:
- Be the primary contact for guests and clients – Manage all communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly – Handle issues with professionalism to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Coordinate operational tasks – Oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of service.
