Key Responsibilities

2. Customer Service & Client Relations
- First Point of Contact: Address client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with professionalism.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer concerns and escalate matters when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Track Interactions: Keep detailed records of client communications and follow-ups.
3. Project Coordination & Task Management
- Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Facilitate Meetings: Schedule team meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Support Initiatives: Conduct research and gather insights for special projects.
4. Research & Reporting
- Market Research: Assist with competitor analysis and business development strategies.
- Data Analysis: Compile and present reports to support decision-making.
5. Social Media & Content Support
- Manage Accounts: Help schedule and create basic social media content while engaging with followers.
- Boost Visibility: Suggest strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years in a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and platforms like Asana, Trello, or Slack.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
