Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy access.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Provide administrative support for team projects and follow up on deliverables.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to prevent disruptions.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including assisting visitors and managing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and resolve issues.
  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for staff when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, fostering a professional and orderly environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of BSc, HND, or OND in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, such as Office Assistant or Secretary.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
