Role Overview: Online Teacher
As an Online Teacher at Filo, you’ll provide academic support to students through live video sessions. This role is part-time and fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in Lagos. Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating effective lesson plans.
- Teaching and mentoring students through engaging video sessions.
- Explaining concepts clearly to help students understand.
- Adapting teaching methods to individual student needs.
- Maintaining clear communication with students for optimal learning.
Requirements
Filo is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Strong teaching and lesson planning skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in mentoring or training students.
