Role Overview

As a Virtual Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to oversee sales and marketing operations for the company’s products. You’ll handle customer interactions, manage orders, process invoices, and craft strategies to boost sales. By providing excellent customer service and leveraging marketing tools, you’ll play a vital role in achieving the company’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Management and Sales
    • Process customer invoices and sales orders.
    • Engage customers with personalized recommendations and product knowledge to drive sales.
    • Resolve order-related inquiries promptly.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries about company products.
    • Notify customers about promotions, special events, and new product launches.
  3. Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote products.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns and update the customer database.
    • Contribute content for the company’s social media platforms.
  4. Inventory and Reporting
    • Organize and take inventory of merchandise.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and provide periodic reports to management.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  5. Sales Target Achievement
    • Meet or exceed agreed sales goals within specified timeframes.
    • Identify potential customers through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field from an accredited institution.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
