What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle customer inquiries via email in English. Your goal is to provide personalized and top-tier support to millions of music lovers worldwide. Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer questions professionally and efficiently.
- Identifying and resolving issues using a detail-oriented approach.
- Creating a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proficiency in English: You must complete a language assessment to verify your skills.
- Prior Experience: Experience in email-based customer support is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with online tools and research skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and resolve customer issues accurately.
- Web Camera: For use during orientation and scheduled shifts.
Technical & Workspace Requirements
You’ll need the following:
- A laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or later (Chromebooks are not compatible).
- 8 GB of RAM or more for smooth multitasking.
- Stable broadband internet (minimum speed: 25 Mbps).
- Dual monitors (highly recommended).
- A webcam or smartphone capable of taking photos.
- Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
Commitments
To succeed in this project, you’ll need to commit to:
- Orientation Hours (1 week):
- Phase 1: 4 days from 4 AM to 1 PM (Pacific Time).
- Phase 2: 3 days from 2 PM to 11 PM (Pacific Time).
- Production Hours: Flexible scheduling between 2 PM and 2 AM (Pacific Time).
- Weekly Commitment: Minimum of 25 hours, with 8 hours required on weekends.
- Project Duration: Up to 180 days as needed.
