Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and boost conversions.
  • Content Management:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
    • Manage content calendars and maintain consistency in brand voice and visual aesthetics.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online community by responding promptly and authentically to comments, messages, and interactions, embodying the brand’s mission and values.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, refine strategies, and optimize growth and engagement.
  • Paid Campaigns: Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to expand reach, generate leads, and drive webinar registrations.
  • Podcast Outreach: Coordinate guest outreach for company podcasts and identify opportunities for Ibrahim to appear on other podcasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members to integrate social media initiatives with broader company goals, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and evolving social media best practices to ensure strategies remain fresh and effective.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in social media management with a successful track record in brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including algorithms, audience insights, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret social media metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Paid Advertising Experience: Expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that align with the brand’s mission to empower entrepreneurs.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
