Job Description/Responsibilities

• Engaging Creativity: Design visuals that captivate and keep the target audience engaged.
• Traffic Generation: Contribute to increasing website and social media traffic through eye-catching graphics.
• Requirement Analysis: Study design briefs to understand project requirements.
• Project Management: Schedule and deliver projects on time.
• Innovative Design: Create visually stunning designs that stand out.
• Illustrations and Logos: Develop illustrations and apply logos or other elements using design software.
• Brand Consistency: Adhere to corporate identity (CI) guidelines to ensure designs are on-brand.
• Cross-Media Adaptation: Test and adapt graphics for various media platforms.
• Final Touches: Ensure all graphics and layouts are polished, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • Professional certification in graphic design is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of digital sketching and image editing tools.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Work Environment:
  • Ability to work remotely.
