Position Overview: Data Quality Assurance Administrator
Miovision is currently seeking a skilled Data Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. This position is essential for ensuring that traffic studies are set up and configured to meet customer requirements before processing. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections, interpreting customer needs, and troubleshooting potential issues in study configurations. The role also involves customer communication to resolve configuration questions and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance in Study Processing
- Configure studies accurately following established guidelines to meet precise specifications.
- Define and assign reconfiguration tasks; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to validate that data meets customer requirements.
- Maintain clear, documented records, flagging any configurations needing adjustments and communicating with customers on study status.
- Configuration Management and Customer Communication
- Verify and validate study configurations, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Identify potential issues proactively and collaborate with production leads to resolve them.
- Provide customers with regular updates, addressing concerns and setting clear, realistic expectations.
- Process Improvement and Team Collaboration
- Contribute to team discussions, offering insights to enhance processes and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address any discrepancies and maintain knowledge-sharing practices.
- Assist in training new team members, offering feedback and support to improve team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge

- Knowledge of traffic industry trends and traffic patterns is a plus.

- Educational Background and Work Experience
