In this role, you will empower our community of expecting, new, and trying-to-conceive mothers by providing accurate, accessible health information and creating engaging educational content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to health-related questions posted in our online community during operating hours.
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and accurate health education to community members.
- Develop and update educational materials, including FAQs, guides, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and evidence-based.
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base to address common questions and concerns.
- Identify recurring themes in community queries and provide feedback to improve support services.
- Uphold community guidelines and ensure all communications reflect Babymigo’s values of compassion and accuracy.
- Support the planning and execution of health-related community activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- A patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in health education, public health, nursing, midwifery, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify medical jargon for a general audience.
- A genuine passion for maternal and child health.
- Experience in community engagement and digital health education is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
