Job Description:
As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for managing our Upwork profile, bidding on relevant projects, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profile Management:
- Maintain and optimize our Upwork profile to attract potential clients.
- Regularly update the portfolio, client testimonials, and service descriptions.
- Bidding on Projects:
- Identify and bid on projects aligned with our expertise in web, mobile, and AI app development.
- Write compelling, tailored proposals for each project.
- Client Engagement:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and messages.
- Conduct initial discussions to understand client requirements and build rapport.
- Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients.
- Close deals by addressing client concerns and formalizing agreements.
- Manage contract finalization and onboarding of new clients.
- Project Management Support:
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear communication of client requirements.
- Assist in transitioning from sales to project execution for a smooth handover.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Upwork profiles and bidding on projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and understand client needs.
