Personal Assistant – Hair Brand
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦180,000/month
Reports to: CEO/Founder

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO of a growing hair brand. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize engagements and ensure the executive is fully prepared for all commitments.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and reschedule appointments when necessary.
Communication & Correspondence:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Travel Coordination:
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure smooth travel logistics with well-structured schedules.
Administrative & Personal Support:
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with personal and professional tasks, including research, errands, and paperwork.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information.
- Help manage household, family, or other personal commitments as required.
Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing confidential matters and protecting the executive’s privacy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- A degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Content creation skills (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
