Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals (e.g., developers, designers, project managers) globally.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of tech talent from cost-effective hiring markets such as Nigeria, Egypt, Pakistan, India, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about global hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging sourcing techniques.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT/tech hiring.
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals).
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple roles across different time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of global hiring trends and employer branding strategies.
- Experience negotiating salaries and benefits within budget-friendly markets.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience recruiting in regions such as Nigeria, Africa, South Asia, or Eastern Europe.
- Familiarity with technical skills and IT job roles.
- Prior experience in remote hiring and conducting virtual interviews.
