CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
