Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing phone calls, responding to messages, and engaging with clients across various online platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Support:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide accurate information, and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to messages via email, social media, live chat, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues or concerns to the management team.

Sales & Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders, confirming payments, and tracking deliveries.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize sales.

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications:
