Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client support and manage client communications effectively.
- Negotiate business contracts and costs with clients.
- Build and maintain strong business connections on behalf of the company.
- Drive sales by opening and closing deals.
- Retain existing clients and generate new ones to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and record daily customer transactions.
- Address client complaints, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong flair for sales and customer relationship management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Stay updated on company products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents.
- Provide precise and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Prepare regular reports and reviews with sales and financial data.
- Deliver presentations on products and services.
- Initiate and close deals.
- Identify and target potential markets.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, with a proven track record.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Must reside in Ilorin or its environs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Courteous and presentable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
