Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution to customers.
- Monitor critical accounts and participate in support activities to minimize customer downtime.
- Analyze and evaluate equipment performance.
- Offer on-site service, installation support, and training as needed.
- Provide technical assistance to other technicians via phone, Teams, or remote software tools.
- Assist with sales demonstrations and customer visits when required.
- Build strong business relationships with clients.
- Complete all required reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Attend training classes to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Communicate technical and escalated issues to Regional and Technical Service Managers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
- Working knowledge of electronics or 2+ years of field territory experience.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Valid state driver’s license (Real ID compliant) and passport.
- Ability to travel approximately 15%.
