Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely technical support and problem resolution to customers.
  • Monitor critical accounts and participate in support activities to minimize customer downtime.
  • Analyze and evaluate equipment performance.
  • Offer on-site service, installation support, and training as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance to other technicians via phone, Teams, or remote software tools.
  • Assist with sales demonstrations and customer visits when required.
  • Build strong business relationships with clients.
  • Complete all required reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Attend training classes to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Communicate technical and escalated issues to Regional and Technical Service Managers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Education:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
  • Working knowledge of electronics or 2+ years of field territory experience.
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems and hardware.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
  • Valid state driver’s license (Real ID compliant) and passport.
