Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to lead their financial operations. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll processes and oversee tax computations and returns.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and ratio analysis to support decision-making.
- Oversee accounting policies, fixed assets, and liquidity management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- ICAN or equivalent professional certification (mandatory).
- A Master’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or banking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Salary:
N400,000 – N450,000 per month.
