Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Management Intern to support customer engagement, relationship management, and CRM software operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CRM team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records using Zoho CRM or similar tools.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in developing customer engagement plans and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and report customer feedback, recommending service improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer retention and long-term relationships.
- Learn and utilize CRM tools to organize and track customer interactions.
- Manage customer inquiries through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Generate reports and insights to improve engagement strategies and support business growth.
