Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Business and Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, and tracking project performance to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project leads to facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet business goals.
  • Support change management efforts by providing timely updates to relevant parties.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks early, and assist in resolving challenges by collaborating with team members.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
