Summary of Responsibilities:

- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all communication channels, delivering accurate and actionable information.
- Platform Assistance:
- Guide customers in navigating the company’s digital platforms, offering proactive troubleshooting to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer care and adhering to company SOPs.
- Customer Retention:
- Maintain open and effective communication with customers, building trust and ensuring long-term satisfaction with the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of customer support best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry and experience in a tech-driven environment are advantageous.
- Ability to manage stress and adapt to fast-changing business environments.
