We are currently seeking Contingent Hurricane Relief Agents to provide temporary, remote support during disaster relief efforts. This role will require on-call availability in response to hurricane disaster needs. Selected candidates will receive email and text notifications when shifts become available.
Hours of Operation:
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
- Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview
Role Responsibilities
As a Contingent Hurricane Relief Agent, you will:
- Assist customers with service inquiries related to disaster relief.
- Provide compassionate and efficient support to those affected by hurricanes.
- Utilize customer service techniques and our account management systems.
- Handle common service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high call volume.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused.
Employment Conditions
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Subject to a Level II background check and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.
- Job offers are contingent on background and security clearance results.
- Must be willing to undergo drug screening (where applicable).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a remote position requiring a professional home office setup. Employees will:
- Sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and headset.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers.
- Occasionally move objects up to 40 pounds as needed.
