About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at a leading digital platform specializing in cryptocurrency and gift card transactions. We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage user transactions and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Work Schedule:
This role involves a rotating shift schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts:
- Morning Shift: 7 AM – 2 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2 PM – 9 PM
- Night Shift: 9 PM – 7 AM
Work Arrangement:
Fully on-site at our office in Lekki, Lagos.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing user transactions through our specialized admin interface, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide timely support to customers regarding transaction-related inquiries.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
- Proficient computer skills with an average typing speed.
- Reside in close proximity to our Lekki, Lagos office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
