Job Title: Sales Receptionist
Locations: Garki – Abuja (FCT); Ajao Estate and Lekki Phase 1 – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients visiting the store to review product and service features.
- Facilitate the sales process and complete transactions with customers.
- Assist the sales and marketing team by training sales agents on product usage.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to address inquiries or provide product information.
- Support the store manager with additional official tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Young, energetic, and under 35 years of age.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
