Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and onboard prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
- Monitor and improve customer service quality to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost client retention, upsell services, and re-engage inactive clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns and build long-term client loyalty.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and execute strategies for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or quality assurance (experience in education or e-learning is a plus).
