Job Description & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential depositors to grow the bank’s deposit base.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote deposit products and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty and referrals.
- Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate deposit solutions.
- Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of deposit products to clients.
- Process account applications, complete documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Effectively present fixed deposit offerings, emphasizing key advantages to clients.
- Cross-sell additional banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide actionable insights to management for product enhancement or development.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
