Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Functions:
- Workforce planning, policy formulation, and implementation.
- Developing and implementing performance appraisal and in-house training systems.
- Creating high-level HR policies and practices aligned with company goals.
- Managing recruitment, selection, and employee placement processes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for staff and industry partners.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel arrangements.
- Organize corporate events and maintain an efficient filing system (both paper and electronic).
- Other Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professionalism among staff and clients.
- Plan and organize events.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations.
- Manage projects efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, HR, Sciences, or Arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong PC skills.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Office Manager, Admin/HR Officer, or Personal/Executive Assistant.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 400,000
