- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
