Responsibilities
- Address telephonic queries related to cheque books.
- Receive and handle ATM cards according to policies and procedures, and perform daily balancing of ATM cards with the Asset Custodian.
- Issue off-cycle statements at customers’ request, charge fees as appropriate, and maintain records of all source instructions.
