About the Role
Job Purpose:
As a Customer Success Representative (Inbound/Outbound Calls), you will play a vital role in assisting Moniepoint customers through inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Moniepoint products via inbound calls.
- Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating our platform, or using our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Communicate and coordinate with your manager as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of Moniepoint products to answer customer questions effectively.
- Manage daily tasks and duties in compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in creating customer surveys, segmentation, and gathering feedback to improve processes, products, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or a fast-paced digital banking environment.
- Knowledge of customer support requirements, particularly in the financial services or correspondent banking space.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Compliance knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
