About the Role
Job Purpose:
As a Customer Success Representative (Inbound/Outbound Calls), you will play a vital role in assisting Moniepoint customers through inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include building customer relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to Moniepoint products via inbound calls.
  • Provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating our platform, or using our products and services.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Communicate and coordinate with your manager as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Moniepoint products to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Manage daily tasks and duties in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Assist in creating customer surveys, segmentation, and gathering feedback to improve processes, products, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc. degree in any relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or a fast-paced digital banking environment.
  • Knowledge of customer support requirements, particularly in the financial services or correspondent banking space.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Compliance knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
