Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Zylus Group International. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, providing support, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Guide clients through the property buying or investment process, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of properties to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with terms that align with both the company’s and clients’ needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
  • Proximity to the Lekki axis is an added advantage.

Qualifications:
