Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to join our team at Zylus Group International. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, providing support, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guide clients through the property buying or investment process, providing clear and accurate information.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of properties to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with terms that align with both the company’s and clients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
- Proximity to the Lekki axis is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
- Proven expertise in customer service and customer experience management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary:
₦130,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly.
