Job Description:
As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge within our organization. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to launch their careers. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various departments, functions, and projects, providing a holistic understanding of our business operations while refining your expertise in your chosen field.
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Participation:
- Actively engage in workshops, seminars, on-the-job training, and mentorship sessions.
- Department Rotations:
- Rotate through different departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, human resources) to gain hands-on experience and a broad understanding of organizational functions.
- Project Work:
- Contribute to real-time projects under the guidance of experienced professionals, applying academic knowledge to practical business scenarios.
- Learning and Development:
- Continuously enhance skills through self-study, training sessions, and mentorship.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and gain diverse perspectives.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, project progress, and key learnings, providing regular updates to supervisors.
- Feedback and Evaluation:
- Seek feedback from mentors and peers to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance.
- Adaptability:
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work environments, tasks, and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience is preferred but not required.
Salary: N130,000 per month.
