As the Customer Service & Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient order fulfillment and operational processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and oversee the smooth execution of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain operational workflows to minimize delays and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or order management systems.

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
