The Administrative Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and the organization. Job Description/Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive team’s calendars and schedules to ensure optimal time management.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence, responding promptly or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing, record-keeping, and organizational systems.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and executive briefings.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive executive matters.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support executive operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

  • Familiarity with calendar management software and document organization systems.
