Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments and external stakeholders. This role involves managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage the flow of information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
- Oversee office management tasks, such as maintaining office supply inventory.
- Prepare and format documents for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them as needed.
- Screen and direct phone calls and manage correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system for easy access to documents.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
