About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide key administrative, operational, and strategic support to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing tech startup environment. You will manage daily operations, assist with recruiting, support marketing activities, and handle various application preparations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Organize, structure, and maintain critical company documents, including onboarding instructions, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Recruiting & Hiring Support: Manage job postings, assist with candidate screening, schedule interviews, and track hiring progress using applicant tracking systems.
  • Calendar & Email Management: Handle executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage email correspondence professionally.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, outreach efforts, and marketing campaigns, contributing to social media engagement and lead generation.
  • Application Preparations: Support the preparation and submission of documents for grants, partnerships, certifications, and more.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide flexible operational support across various tasks to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hiring workflows, job boards, and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Proficiency in organizing and formatting documents using tools like Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong experience managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and filtering email communications.
  • Experience in supporting outreach efforts, social media, or content coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and Zoom.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, HR coordinator, or marketing assistant in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working remotely or in a distributed team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or product development cycles is a plus.
