Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s work calendar, including scheduling appointments and ensuring effective time management.
- Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Compile and organize data into clear, easy-to-understand Excel sheets for the CEO’s review.
- Track and process expense claims related to business travels, client assignments, and deals.
- Oversee and monitor all projects executed by or on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, chauffeur services, and other logistics.
- Maintain and update the CEO’s contact database and ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, with zero grammatical or typographical errors.
- Manage the CEO’s business contacts, build professional networks, and prioritize inquiries effectively.
- Safeguard sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in all operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA or B.Sc) in any discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably at a senior level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
