Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and recruit students for our partner institution in Malta. This is a full-time remote role ideal for a sales professional with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with leads, promote our products and services, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service.
- Assess customer needs, offer assistance, and provide detailed information on product features.
- Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Go the extra mile to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Stay knowledgeable about the products and services offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Build trust and maintain productive relationships with customers.
- Suggest innovative ways to improve sales, such as planning marketing activities or optimizing office design.
- Perform day-to-day tasks, including researching potential clients, creating and delivering client presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND certificate (Marketing or Business Administration is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Professional in any industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasive and active listening abilities.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong sales closing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of their algorithms.
