We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with logistics coordination and oversee operational activities at our depots. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth depot operations and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas industry standards and policies.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in numeracy and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the loading and ullaging of products at the depot for retail stations.
- Send ullage figures for loaded trucks to the retail team.
- Assist the Retail Operations Manager in preparing monthly reports for the Head Office.
- Support the fair and efficient allocation of products to retail stations from the depot.
- Ensure all trucks meet specified standards and escalate any issues as needed.
- Manage relationships with third-party depot management teams.
- Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain logs to identify and report issues to management.
- Ensure timely dispatch of loaded trucks to retail outlets.
- Verify truck charts and compare ullage figures to confirm loaded quantities.
- Address and resolve any depot-related issues with owners or external stakeholders.
