Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Compliance Officer to lead human resources operations, foster employee development, and ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

  • Address employee relations, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
