About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Compliance Officer to lead human resources operations, foster employee development, and ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Design and manage employee training, development, and well-being programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Address employee relations, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and compliance, with prior managerial experience preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM or SHRM are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Salary:
N500,000 – N550,000 per month.
