Program Overview
Schneider Electric is thrilled to launch the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, an initiative designed to attract and nurture fresh graduates ready to embark on a dynamic career in energy and automation. This program provides hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to multiple business functions through onsite rotational assignments. Trainees will collaborate with local and global teams, receive mentorship, and contribute to impactful projects—all within our Lagos office.
Your Role

Qualifications
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline, such as:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Computer & Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Have graduated or be expecting to graduate between September 2024 and December 2024.
- Be currently enrolled in an NYSC program or awaiting registration.
- Provide proof of academic coursework completion (if awaiting graduation), including a letter from your administration confirming your expected graduation class.
- Have a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division or provide evidence that this will be your final grade.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work onsite in Lagos, Nigeria.
